Barteaux Labour and Employment Lawyers Inc. is proud to announce that Andrea MacNevin has been awarded the prestigious Zöe Odea Young Lawyers Award after being selected by The Canadian Bar Association’s Nova Scotia Branch.
Established in 2003, this recognition is awarded annually to a young lawyer who is committed to advocacy in the public interest, improvement of law and in the administration of justice, active participation in and continued effort to improve and enhance a charitable or non-profit organization, and implementation of programs to assist the community through periods of difficulty, change or restructuring. This award honours a young lawyer that has exhibited distinguished and exceptional service to The Canadian Bar Association’s Nova Scotia Branch, and charitable causes within the community. Andrea exhibits all the qualities that this award embodies, and we cannot think of a more deserving recipient.
